RETURNS & REFUNDS

We at "Presi Clo" are committed to ensuring that every order reflects the standards of quality, craftsmanship, and presentation associated with our brand.

If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with a purchase made on www.presiclo.com, you may request a return in accordance with the conditions set out below.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Products may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Returned items must be:

  • In the same condition in which they were delivered
  • Unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged
  • Returned with all original tags, packaging, accessories, and complimentary items
  • Free from stains, perfumes, odours, alterations, or signs of use

Products returned incomplete, damaged, worn, or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items like undergarments may not be eligible for return once opened or used.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To initiate a return request, customers must contact the Presi Clo support team through the official contact channels available on the website or Email us with your order ID on support@presiclo.com

Once the request is approved, detailed return instructions will be shared. Presi Clo reserves the right to refuse unauthorized, fake and wrong returns or returns that do not comply with the conditions stated in this policy.

REFUNDS

Once the returned products are received and inspected, customers will receive confirmation regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after inspection and approval.

Refund processing timelines may vary depending on the customer’s bank, payment provider, or financial institution. Shipping charges, Cash on Delivery charges, gift packaging fees, and other service-related charges are non-refundable.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer, UPI, or store credit.

EXCHANGES

Size exchanges are subject to product availability. Exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days from delivery. If the requested size is unavailable, customers may choose an alternative product or receive store credit equal to the product value.

Only one exchange request is permitted per order.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Customers must notify Presi Clo within 48 hours of delivery if a product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The request must include:

  • Order number
  • Clear images of the product and packaging
  • Description of the issue

Once verified, Presi Clo may offer a replacement, exchange, refund, or store credit at its sole discretion.

Claims submitted beyond the stated timeframe may not be accepted.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch confirmation.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted, and the order will fall under the standard return process.

Presi Clo reserves the right to cancel any order in circumstances including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Payment verification issues
  • Incomplete customer information
  • Suspected fraudulent activity

In such cases, any amount charged will be refunded to the original payment method.

STORE CREDIT

The customer (usually) has the option to choose their preferred refund source. In such cases, refunds can be processed to Bank, UPI, Credit or Debit Card or as Presi Clo store credits. Where applicable, store credit issued by Presi Clo shall remain valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.

Store credit is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
